well i gues the natural things , water , sweat and more water and sweat !! By the way the name of the ingredients are from "get older" nice and expensive !
Using creams i always look for , soft and easy taking off , so my naturals are clay . Sure its clay from the most rich mine called mine armani.
Never buy something cheap and better , thats no good ! Alwayas buy expensive no good with name products , they´re the better !

i find a soak in the natural thermal hot pools perfect for the skin....... 
oh and dont frown!! you will end up with a wrinkly face no matter what you use just go with the flow ....be happy
