god this topic is hard for me
i was beaten by an ex when i was 16 he left me in a phone box
fighting for my life thats how i met my frist husband geoff cause he found me and got help he was my hero in the end i seen him that way thats why i married him
a couple weeks ago colin pinned me in my house in my chair all i could see was my ex's face beating me i couldnt even see colins face
ok he didnt hit of beat me but the way he was it was in my head
no man or women have the right to beat another there low lifes

Sorry to hear that happened to you, it surely left some trails on but you're strong and you still walk with your head up, and I'm proud of you....
People who do that are just cowards, who can't confront you verbal cause they're stupid and afraid! Who ever thinks beating is a good is less a man.

some blame it on drink or drugs but whatever there reasons there worthless how can they call themselves a man or a lady in some cases
its just good there are so many people to help others now
but theres also a downfall some people stay with them who do it and sometimes theres kids around watching and listening to things said and done and unless there told its wrong there the next ones to do it

well you wouldn't believe how sick i feel writing this 
after everything i wrote before and everything i believed in no body should has the right to hurt a man or women with there hands but guess what this stupid cow went back with her ex and yep it all ended when her hurt and bruised my wrists after everything i still went back i really do love him but i look at my kids and think you selfish cow it could of been more he could of done more i just gotta be grateful he did i really had to learn for myself and believe in the things i believed in
